Last year we saw the scalloped edge... Asos has brought it back this AW! It started off with basic tops having a scalloped hem and then the trend took the high street by storm! Scalloped edges were seen on shorts, dresses, blazers... pretty much every item possible!

The detailing on the back is beautiful. At £22 (£19.80 with 10% student discount) this is a very affordable piece which you will be able to wear in years to come.

If I wasn't living on a student budget, I would definitely purchase this top!

I think this may be a potential Christmas present!

University Research Project

If you're reading this and don't follow me on twitter or have me as a friend on Facebook then you won't know about my Research Project for University.

We have been asked to research something that interests us and research thoroughly through primary and secondary research to come up with a final result. I have chosen to do my project on whether Women's high street retailers size their clothes to attract their desired customer. As primary research our tutor suggested we do a questionnaire. I have done a survey online, so if you are a female aged 18-55, I would be very grateful if you could do it online.

River Island studded bag

I tried to fight my shopping demons and not buy the black studded bag from River Island, however, I just couldn't. The bag is absolutely stunning and is the kind of style that won't go out of fashion. River Island is my favourite high street retailer. Every year they bring out shoes, bags and accessories galore which you can just not resist. 

The bag is the perfect size for either a day at uni, but also as a weekend bag. Being black it goes with everything and the studs are on trend.

One of the bags in the store were reduced to £40 because they had lost some of the studs, however I have used my bag everyday for the past two weeks and the studs are all still attached. River Island quality is usually exceptional so I assume it was just a one off. 

I would recommend this bag to anyone! It is so on trend and I have received so many compliments.

The nicest jumper - EVER!

I bought this jumper today from Topshop. I wouldn't usually spend £42 on a jumper but as I was returning a faulty (surprise surprise) studded bag, I only had to pay a couple extra pounds to purchase this beautiful jumper.

It goes with EVERYTHING and it looks amazing. It is so soft and it is like nothing else on the high street. I recommend this jumper to anyone who loves knitwear and is looking for something a bit different.
