Student Lock In - Nottingham

As a student in Nottingham, it is hard not to go shopping, especially when you live less than a two minute walk from Topshop! However, the first term is always the poorest term at university, so shopping designer or even high street is pushing it! As a fashion student I feel as though we have more of a right to shop, and I see it as helping me with my studies, rather than spending money I just don't have! At my worst times I've hit Primark for my wardrobe updates and surprisingly I've always found gems in there.
I went to the student shop-in in the Victoria Centre in Nottingham on Monday and it was absolutely crazy. There were many shops with extended student discounts however, the main event was 20% off Topshop.

Although it was only an extra 10%, meaning you save the extra couple quid, people were going crazy. The queue went for almost the entire length of the Victoria Centre and people were beyond eager to get through those doors.
I walked out spending as little as possible and managed to fight my temptations to buy the expensive pieces I've longed for.

Saying that... there is an amazing bag which has just been released into River Island stores and online!
It is a beautiful studded holdall, however it does come at a price...



This bag is £55, however I think it is completely worth it! It is the perfect size. I love oversized bags and studs! I have absolutely loved the studded trend this year, so much so that almost every item in my current wardrobe is studded!
This bag is perfect.!
